Eleanor Harris
Trainee Solicitor

Eleanor studied Law at the University of Manchester graduating with a First Class Honours LLB in Summer 2023.
Eleanor undertook the internship with Olliers in Summer 2023 before joining the specialist Disclosure & Barring Service Team at Olliers who represent clients facing DBS Barring Investigations and assist clients applying to clear their Police National Computer (PNC) record.
Eleanor began her training contract at Olliers in January 2025 whilst also starting the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law.
As a trainee solicitor, she will be assisting with a broad range of case work, from pre-charge to Magistrates’ Court trials, to collaborating with senior solicitors on Crown Court files. She will be undertaking her Police Station Accreditation in the coming months.

- 2024 – SR – Successful PNC record deletion application for deletion after being arrested under suspicion of assault and theft (NFA)

- 2024 – II and AI – Successfully avoided inclusion on the Barred Lists whereby both clients are accused of locking a service user in their bedroom
- 2024 – GC – Successful PNC application for record removal following the client signing an Adult Restorative Disposal for Assault on a person thereby occasioning them Actual Bodily Harm after allegedly biting a bouncer
- 2023 – CT – Successfully avoided inclusion on the Vulnerable Adults Barred List following accusation of verbally abusing an elderly service user
- 2023 – OO – Successfully avoided inclusion on the Vulnerable Adults’ and Children’s Barred Lists whereby the client has allegedly fallen asleep on shift, not completed nights checks, and falsified signatures
- 2023 – JM – Successfully avoided inclusion on both Barred Lists whereby the client is accused of sending inappropriate messages to a pupil
- 2023 – SH – Successfully avoided inclusion on both Barred Lists whereby the client is accused of creating and sending a racist video whilst employed by the NHS
- 2023 – DO – Successfully avoided inclusion on the Barred Lists whereby the client was accused of falling asleep during a night shift at a care home
- 2023 – SF – Successfully avoided inclusion on both the Barred Lists whereby the client was accused of repeatedly shouting at their adopted children causing them emotional harm and stress
